It all started back in 1998. I was working in the plastics industry along with Vibhash bhai, dealing in complementary products. So we knew each other quite well back then.

Years later, in 2012, our paths crossed again. By then, I had transitioned from plastics to the life insurance industry. Vibhash bhai had become a stockbroker and was also building his own wealth management business. During a conversation, he saw something in me that I hadn't yet recognized.

"Why are you wasting your time working for someone else?" he challenged, reminding me of my entrepreneurial spirit. "You have all the characteristics of a successful business owner."

His words sparked something within me. He then introduced me to another mentor, Mr. Prakash Rane, who guided me through the intricacies of the wealth management business. With their support and encouragement, I took the leap of faith and founded Woodpecker Wealth in 2015.

Even today, years later, I still meet with Vibhash bhai and Rane sir every Monday. Their ongoing mentorship has been invaluable as we've grown the business to now manage over ₹200 crores for our clients. They've not only provided expert advice and industry insights but also unwavering support and encouragement.

The impact of their mentorship extends beyond business strategy. They've helped me develop confidence, navigate challenges, and stay focused on my goals. Their belief in me, especially during those early days, gave me the courage to pursue my vision.
